		<description>Myself, I prefer real butter over margarine any day just because of the flavor, and especially for cooking when I dip my catfish filets in it and roll it through my catfish parmesean mixture of herbs &#039;n spices.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I&#039;ve never had honest-to-goodness, real churned butter, but it has to be even better that store-bought butter.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;If I remember correctly, margarine is only one molecule away from being plastic.</description>
