One Step Forward, Two Steps Back…..
February 6th, 2010The pups and I decided to check out Bernie’s plowing on the driveway. He did a great job - but judging from the effects of the wind, he has a little more work to do……..
We got more snow after I filmed this. And Bernie plowed the driveway a couple of more times. But there is still an awful lot of snow in those trees……..

It’s amazing how much snow you have down there! Up here in Canada we’ve barely had any all season. It’s definitely been a bizarre winter.

That was SNOW awesome! Looked like a lot of fun, thanks for sharing. I’m so glad I could enjoy it from inside the house! Better than a ride at Disney!

Yes, definitely more snow than we have had this year in Ontario. I love the look on the pups face when the snow falls from the trees above.

It looks SO pretty! And I bet it is so insulated and quiet with all that snow.
But, wow….those trees look just heavy all bent over like that. And then when the one tree decided to unload its snow right next to the pups! Ha!

Gee’s at first glance, I thought you were here in Maine! It is very pretty.

Sarah - it really has been a crazy winter. And I’m ready for it to be over!
Jocelyn - I definitely agree. It is definitely even prettier when you don’t have to get out in it!
Marmy - Ha! I had to go back and listen because I didn’t remember saying anything. I didn’t say much! But I agree - for some reason, I do sound very American!
LOL!
Cotton Lady - As much as I dislike being in the snow, it is just so incredibly pretty!
Kitaye - I got really tickled at the pups. The first time the wind blew snow out of the trees around them, they took off running to the house! I wish I had my video going that time!
Frugalmom - you definitely know snow! It is indeed very insulated and quiet. And we’ve had several trees snap in half. I’m amazed how much snow is still in the trees today.
Martha - Right? This is not a typical winter here. Thanks for stopping by!

Wow! lookee at the snow! I would love to visit, but only to visit. I don’t miss that stuff very much. Thinking of you in Jacksonville Beach

Darrell - you know you are always welcome. I’m thinking you probably want to come in the summer though……. and it really does comfort me to know someone in Jacksonville Beach is thinking of me…….sort of
